Description
PROFILE PERFORMANCE: It’s not like LED bulbs in the automotive world are a new thing, but these guys are coming in hot and packing a serious punch with the new Peak series. While the rest of the industry is busy standing still with the same-old-same-old; Profile is working hand-in-hand with the industry’s experts to deliver the performance that we all expect. Lucky for us they’re doing it in style too because these bulbs look awesome, and that’s why [compared to all the other choices out there] they deserve the slot in our catalog and the space on our shelves.MULTI-USE: With far more intensity than the original halogen bulbs, the Peak LEDs make for an awesome upgrade in performance and style. Available in four unique setups, you can pick up a set of Peak’s that will be perfect for every position on your car. They come in red, amber, white, and of course, white/amber switchbacks, and are ideal for use in corner markers, turn signals, brake lights, and reverse lights.
MODERN: The Peak LED bulbs are superior to other options from an installation and compatibility standpoint. Their cool sea foam green bases are wired with double wide contacts to ensure perfect contact with factory bulb sockets. (no thin wire-based contacts that can easily bend out of the way or even break). The circuits are all designed to be compatible with CK and non-CK sockets too, so there’s there’s no need to worry about polarity or harming the bulb/wiring from plugging it in backwards.
ATTRACTIVE: Yeah it’s possible to find another option that claims more lumens, but the last thing we want on our rides is a gigantic yellow blob of LED chips hanging out in the corner of our headlight. Might be bright when it’s on, but looks like a banana hammock until then. The CNC machined aluminum body on the Peak LED bulbs looks great and the anodized finish will last forever. With 12 angled LEDs on the sides and another four behind the projector lens on the front – they produce 480 lumens of intensity in all directions! Plenty bright.CANBUS: The Profile Peak LED bulbs are CanBus friendly and shouldn’t cause any dashboard errors in most every application. However, if you plan to install these bulbs in any of your turn signals: you will need to use a load resistor to prevent them from blinking rapidly. We recommend the optional Morimoto HD load resistors or one of the Profile FlashPack relays to help solve that!
